NYC | Tsar Nicholas II Tea at Baccarat Hotel

    Wonderful post – I will be in NYC next week, then off to Hawaii, so I will definitely be having tea at several of the blogged venues. Thanks so much for sharing, I have been to quite a few hotels for tea which you have written about and all have been wonderful!
