But in the afternoon, I often crave iced tea. That comes in one of three forms:
- Hot tea chilled with tea ice cubes
- Iced matcha
Let’s talk about that last option…iced matcha! Super refreshing and gives your arms a decent workout. First you sift and shake the matcha with hot water. Then you add ice cubes and shake once more. Pour into a cup or drink straight from the tumbler. You can use any size/type of tumbler but I like this mini one from Muji.
