Another week, another tea video ^_^
Ever since trying the chia seed pudding at El Rey on the LES, I’ve been craving something similar for breakfast/snack almost daily. Can’t get over that comforting tapioca-esque texture. So here we have…matcha chia seed pudding.
Couldn’t be easier to make:
- Mix a tablespoon of chia seeds with teaspoon of matcha.
- Add two cups milk. I like using a mix of almond and coconut milk.
- Refrigerate 20-minutes (or overnight if you want to save time in the morning).
- Take it out and top with fruit, granola…anything you desire.
- And devour!
