It’s always a good time for a little dessert/tea break, no?
We’re at L’Éclair de Génie, and the hard part is deciding just which of the dozen to devour this afternoon.
There’s salted butter caramel (with mascarpone!), the mix noisette with chocolate-hazelnut mousse, and even an “exotic snack” with mango, lilikoi, and lime.
But I think today…ahhh, the orange-pistachio will be just right.
Filled with a whipped Iran pistachio cream and orange zest ^_^
