A Tuesday breakfast! I love everything about Sant Ambroeus especially this morning concoction of espresso with velvety hot chocolate, froth, and cocoa powder.
Best when paired with the itty bitty (though it’s really just the right size) tomato-mozzarella-basil focaccia. Sant Ambroeus bakes all bread in house, flaky and salted just right.
And for dessert (yes, you can have dessert with breakfast!) a warm apple tart…à la mode, of course ^-^
