Lunch feast! Friday at The Pig and the Lady with Reid and Cat ^_^

Ca Phe Sua Da…just right for hot Honolulu afternoons.

Bacon and Ham Hock Rilettes. Topped with parmesan, citrus zest and watercress. Served with kaya toast!

Hoi An Chicken Salad for the table…next time I’m having this large order for myself and calling it lunch. 

Pho Tsukemen for Cat…

…Pho French Dip Banh Mi for Reid…

…and Pho Ga for myself. 

And one more dish to share: Mana Ai Moco. Taro, burnt brisket ends, all laced with gravy, garlic, and green onion. Topped with a fried egg and pickled chili. Perfection.  

Coming full circle with a Vietnamese Coffee Pie for dessert…

…and one slice Banana Cream Pie ^_^
