Dinner for two at Ichiriki ^_^
Mushroom nabe on one side and miso chanko nabe on the other.
All steamy! 15 different ingredients: cabbage, bok choy, enokis and shiitakes, tofu, kuzukiri, aburage, chives, gobo, chicken, sausage, shrimp, salmon, berkshire pork, vermicelli, and tsukune.
Add in raw egg and another bowl of rice, time to make zosui. There’s also ramen or udon if preferred.
For dessert, ujikintoki with a scoop of green tea ice cream tucked in the center.
