My chocolate cravings go hand in hand with duck or steak. So today, strip loin done rare with braised greens, borlotti beans, roasted carrots, and a bordelaise sauce.
Desserts! The more the merrier. Pumpkin panna cotta with warm ginger bread and maple ice cream…
…and a Tropical “Vacherin” composed from vanilla parfait, lilikoi, mango paper, and housemade coconut sorbet.
