…followed by bone marrow ^_^
And stracciatella toast topped with pickled chanterelles.
Duck egg spaghetti with uni (!) and guanciale…
…and chitarra nero with Calabrian chilies, crab, and zucchini.
A beautiful roast chicken (with chicken liver on the side)…
…followed by dry aged ribeye and brussels sprouts.
Dessert! Olive oil cake with pears and ricotta…
…a warm chocolate budino with olive oil gelato and caramelized rice krispies.
And my favorite of the trio, a simple pistachio-lemon cake and pistachio gelato.
A pot of rooibos and then back out in to the (very!) chilly November evening.
