. Picture Mont Blancs dusted in pink snow, and Paris-New York envisioned through rose-tinted glasses. Pomme d’Amour Tart Tatin in pink and salted caramel and cherry blossom éclairs finished with itty bitty hearts. Swoon ^-^
At top is the Rose-Lychee Pavlova. Those meringue shells? They are lychee (!!) meringues. Fresh cream and strawberries in the middle.
I accidentally swiped the pink champagne cream off the top before taking a photo.
This is what the tart is
– it’s between the mont blanc and cherry blossom éclair. That champagne whipped cream was so good I could have devoured a entire bowl of that alone.
But what are these little beads? Silky chocolate caviar. And flecks of 24K gold leaf. Complete with that chocolate shell, caramel, and coffee mousse. So luxurious.

with honey cream…plus a little bumblebee with hearts for wings! Hope your Valentine’s was extra sweet ^_^
