Meat Fruit – mandarin, chicken liver parfait, and grilled bread

Roast Marrowbone – snails, parsley, anchovy, mace, and pickled vegetables

Broth of Lamb – slow cooked hen’s egg, celery, radish, turnip, and veal sweetbreads

Nettle Porridge – roast cod palette, smoked beetroot, garlic, parsley, and fennel

A Made Dish of Parmesan – quails egg, smoked cauliflower, horseradish, and caraway

Tipsy Cake – spit roast pineapple

Brown Bread Ice Cream – salted butter caramel, pear, and malted yeast syrup…this dish looks familiar (post ).

Caraway biscuit and chocolate-earl grey ganache
