Finally organized all our photos from Paris and realized there were certain things we do on every single trip. Little rituals that a visit to Paris would feel incomplete without.
These are our Paris Habits (the non-food edition ;).
1. Sharing a bottle of wine at Café Palais Royal.
Two outdoor seats, and prime views to this music group that plays nearly every afternoon at the square in front of the cafe. Their first song is always Pachelbel’s Canon in D (watch them perform here), and I inevitably tear up. Just a little.
2. Marcel et Marcel.
We found Marcel at 48 rue des Rosiers by chance in 2010, and have been back countless times. There’s only one location. It’s a men clothing shop (Pierre’s entire closet comes from this place), but there’s plenty of gems for women too. I get scarves (super light!) here, and because the clothing is designed to be well-fitted on men, small sizes run loose (but not baggy) on me. Which is exactly how I like my clothing. Their leather jackets are soft and buttery, and the button down shirts are well…pretty perfect.
3. The “Love Bridge“
Touristy, I know. But such hope! How could you not love it?
