Out of all these places, The Lowell is the most fashion week afternoon tea
Scones at the Ritz-Carlton Central Park are gigantic, served warm with Grand Cayman, and the savory selection at the New Orleans Ritz includes bites like “crawfish remoulade barquette” and “tasso deviled egg with Louisiana Choupique caviar.” The Pierre offers a Podunk for the rainy, cozy days.
