Paris | Paul Bert, Septime La Cave, and Clamato

One night in Paris (after waking up at 3pm and visiting Maison des Trois Thés)…

…we walked over to Bistrot Paul Bert for…

…baby squids…

…followed by steak…

…and fries. 

We spotted mini canelés along the bar and had to have one…

…and then another ^_^

Soufflé for dessert! Grand Marnier, of course. 

And then we went to Septime La Cave for bubbles…

…while waiting for a table at Clamato (same owners).

Here we had meaty sardines with parsley, and olive oil. 

There were oysters from Brittany…

…and mushrooms with bottarga. 

St. Jacques! Cooked in the shell, finished with spinach.

So simple, so good.
