Here’s a little Sunday sunshine from Dominique Ansel Bakery ^_^
The mini madelines are my all-time favorite sweet at the bakery, but the Sunflower Tart is a close second. Lilikoi curd in the middle, a ring of fresh apricots, and finish of mishmish spice.
And look how it has evolved from earlier this summer. Super!
P.S. Don’t forget to try the Frozen S’mores (torched to order!)…
