Wonder no more. Meet the CRONUT from Dominique Ansel. It’s essentially croissant dough shaped and fried like a doughnut. Look at all those layers! So. Awesome.
They’re offering Vanilla and Rose Cronuts (filled with vanilla bean cream, topped with rose glaze and rose sugar) for May, and then switching over to Lemon and Maple Cronuts in June.
