…back in NYC. Left Hawai’i on Wednesday. Returned to NYC on Thursday.
Now it’s Friday, aka Day 2 of sommelier training. Six hours of wine, every weekday for ten weeks. I’ve always wanted to learn more about wines, so I’m finally doing it.
From wines, I went straight to Lisa’s new office for a two-hour tea cupping session. She’s working on a new line of teas which should be out in a few weeks. Exciting!
We’re staying in this weekend. bostock. Hawai’i, I miss you already.
