Sweetbread, not King’s is amazing. But it’s not. Ani’s is so much better.
It’s a million times more soft and fluffy. I love to peel off the top “skin” layer and eat that first. Then devour the roll like a pull apart loaf. It has a sweet, buttery flavor and you could easily wipe out a half pan for breakfast.
Make sure you get the last roll (there’s eight in a pan). Because then you can use your finger to swipe up all the nubby bits that get stuck to the pan. So ono!!!
