The Woolworth Mansion

Sharing some eye candy this beautiful Thursday afternoon. The Woolworth Mansion at the corner of 80th Street and 5th Avenue went on the market last spring.

The townhouse was built in 1914 by Frank W. Woolworth for his daughters. But because he had three daughters, he built them each their own townhouse. Why not, right? Edna got 2 E 80th, Jessie got 6 E 80th, and Helena received 4 East 80th Street (aka The Woolworth Mansion). Asking price? $90 million. Incredible. Also available for rent at $210,000 a month. It’s still on the market if you’re curious.

I’ve been dying to see the inside of this townhouse and finally had the opportunity to…

…in the form of a fashion show! Talk about luck. Thanks to April I attended the fall 2012 presentation for Kim Hicks yesterday. It was held at the Mansion…and well…

…I’ll just let pictures speak for themselves :)
