They have two types of hot chocolate at La Maison du Chocolat. One is dark and more rich, and the other is sweet and more creamy. Phyllis prefers the latter (to which she always adds more steamed milk) and I prefer the former, which is called Caracas.
Both come with bowl of whipped cream, dusted in cocoa powder and topped with tiny chocolate pearls. They actually sell the chocolate pearls/Tasse de Chocolat by the tube. It’s what we use to La Maison du Chocolat
