Aloha from Hawai’i!

Just landed in Honolulu. It’s warm, a breezy 75F, and we have family visiting from all over the world. That’s mom in the photo, standing in our front yard. They’ve done so much work to the house local mochi shop and a trip to Shirokiya convinced me otherwise. NYC can’t top this sort of deliciousness.

    Hi Kathy, Welcome home! I thought I saw you at Shirokiya's but was too shy to say "Hi". I was there checking out their new Beer Garden; the hard part is deciding what to eat because everything looks so delicious!Deanna

    Hi Deanna! Oh man, you should have said 'hi'!! I was wandering around there all afternoon, and then mom joined me for a late lunch. I'll be making many more trips back to Shirokiya this week…so many new things!!Hi Kat! Will do!! ^_^Hi Lorraine! Hooray – thanks! I love Hawaii as well ;)Hi Alan! Shirokiya is incredible!!
