1. 2011 New York Chocolate Show. Food meets Fashion, literally. Amazing how they get the chocolate (hats and bras included) to stay on girls. Edible highlights included sweets from Pralus, Prestat, Valrhona, and Roni-Sue’s Chocolate.

2. Smother this Gorgonzola Dolce Artigianale on everything. Decadent, buttery and faintly sweet. Oozes at room temperature and perfect by the spoonful.

3. Skin Renewal Serum from Amore Pacific. Love the color, the packaging style, and then the serum itself is velvety, lightly fragrant. Once I have a spare $525 sitting around, you might find me committing to a full-size bottle ;)

4. These Quinoa Hashbrowns from Public are impressively crisp with soft, fluffy interiors that release steam at the first cut. Heaven. And two big pieces are only $4.

5. Serving this truffle pasta simply with brown butter, grated parmesan, and sea salt.

6. Somewhere between Fall and Winter. Warm up: Frosty Hot Chocolate at Dominique Ansel Bakery.
