Blue Cheese, Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, Pecan-Raisin Bread, and Greens and Flowers with Tomatoes, Grated Parmesan, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil.

    hi angela! i know what you mean about the heat! so hot and humid i can't bring myself to actually cook anything. till the weather cools, assembling food on a plate is as close as i'm going to get cooking :)

    You had us at cheese! This platter looks delicious-did you make it at home or order it somewhere in New York City? If you made it, we'd love to get our hands on the pecan-raisin bread recipe.

    Hi Vantange Properties! hehe, thanks! I assembled it at home, but we bought all the ingredients from Eataly and our local Greenmarket. The bread came from Eataly's in-house bakery, so good!!

    Isn't Eataly amazing? We've been meaning to try out their new taphouse. They just started the Astoria/LIC Greenmarket in our neck of the woods, so we may try to recreate this fabulous platter!

    Lovely!!! Is this the large slate from Brooklyn slate? Everything looks better assembled on a slate.
