A few posts back I mentioned my new listing at 652 Broadway (between Bleecker and Bond Street). It just came on the market for $1,595,000, and we've already received offers! I wanted to share some photos shot by Diana.
I'm so very, VERY excited about this listing, and you would be too if you saw this place. The possibilities for this loft are endless. 1600 square feet of open space, you can easily turn this into a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment.
It's a circa 1900s building, landmarked, with only 17 units. My particular listing can be accessed through the common building elevator but also has its' own private cargo elevator. Gorgeous. East and North exposures (though you can easily open up the South walls for windows).
Common roof deck, private basement storage, and bike storage. Concrete floors (super quiet), and not a single load bearing beam though the center of the apartment :)
If you, or if you know anyone who may be interested, shoot me an email at: kathy.chan@elliman.com, or stop by my Open House this Sunday (12/13) from 1-3pm.Happy Thursday!

beautiful Kathy! I am just oohing and aahing over 1600 square feet! Our apartment is only 600 square feet.
Thanks Kat! :) 1600 is a ton in NYC too!! My first apartment here was about 350 sq ft! ^_^
Had I that kind of money I would move back to NY in a heartbeat for a place like that. I'm drooling even more than I usually do with your scrumptious pastry pictures...
OMG I can kind of see into similar lofts in that neighborhood from one room in school, and they are nearly as pretty! If only :)
Hey Anon!
Heheh, I confess to sometimes enjoying real estate eye candy more so than food eye candy! ;)
Hey Anna!
Ooo I love spying through windows and buildings in NYC...it's part of what makes this city so exciting! ^_^
