So, as a hard core NYC foodie, I was hoping I could get a recommendation from you. I have a friend who is turning 21 next week and we want to take her out for dinner. It'll be a fairly large group of people (about 15) and we would prefer a moderately priced place (between $20-$40, we're running on a college budget haha). Any suggestions?
