Thank you for the super sweet comments on my last post, and all the supportive and congratulatory emails...it is much appreciated! ^_^
I wish I could tell you that my new career was something absolutely crazy awesome. Like I've become a full-time jazz dancer or food writer or hat milliner. Alas, it is none of those. But it's something equally swell in my opinion.
Real estate runs in the family and it's always been a passion of mine. I obtained my license last year, and have waited for the right opportunity to make a move. The right opportunity came. And I made the move.
And I am so ridiculously over the top excited.
Will be back soon with food-stuffss...almost forgot for second that this is a food blog, heehee. Hope your Sunday was delightful! :)

can't wait to hear more about it :)
Congratulations, Kathy! How wonderful for you. :)
Yay Kathy!!!! Congats!! I wish you the best of luck!
I totally think you are going to become a millionaire - not only that but a great jazz dancer, milliner, and famous food critic. You just have that "star aura" and I've never even seen you in person, it just shows in your photos. Congrats to you and enjoy! I was reading my NY Mag today and was looking at the coops - selling for 500,000 to over 8 million. I think I will buy one (in my next life time) In this life time, I will have to settle for a large cardboard box on the corner of 59th and Lex ^_^

Alright Kathy! Congrats!
Congrats! It is a good market to learn the ropes because when the prices start to rise(and they will!) you will have experience!
I got my license back when I was 22 never got a job in it. But I do LOVE real estate!
Good luck!:)
Congrats! I'm working on my license at the moment, as well. I'd agree - it's a great time to get started. :) Good luck!
